The obstacle of fear

In the disguise of modesty we tend to be fearful. Fear holds us behind. Some of us victimized by this. Fear is like a rock tied to someone who is trying to swim in an ocean. We are constantly held back and pulled down. Be it starting a business, be it getting married, be it buying a house.

We fear criticism. We fear about "what people may think". We fear people.

Once you tell yourself that if you are doing only the right things and you are doing everything right then the only thing we need to fear is the wrath of God. Once fear is overcome it is easier to play tough. When you turn back and look at the dog, it will stop barking.
