To be or not to be...

I don’t understand this silly world

I don’t understand a thing
I don’t want to understand it
But I can’t help trying to understand
This whole messy affair

No one understands my point of view

Am I to be straightforward and direct with people?
Or am to fake a smile and praise them and pretend that everything is alright?
By being genuine and honest no one loses but myself
But if I don’t call a spade a "spade" I feel like a cheat

I’m lost about what to do…
I don’t understand this silly world…
